Stadtwerke Landshut will ship around 67,000 bills for electricity, natural gas, district heating, water and wastewater to their customers in the period from Friday, 11 January 2019 until the end of January.
\nDespite the many legal requirements that energy suppliers must always take into account when presenting the bill, Stadtwerke endeavors to make invoices as customer-friendly and understandable as possible. Should any questions about components on the annual consumption billing be open, there is an interactive invoice explanation on www.stadtwerke-landshut.de. Here customers receive additional explanations of what the individual elements on the bill mean.
\nNaturally, the staff at the customer center in the Old Town 74 can also answer questions by calling 0800 0871 871 (free of charge from the German landline) or by e-mail at info@dev.stadtwerke-landshut.de. Since more than 67,000 bills are sent, the public utilities ask for understanding, if there are temporary bottlenecks and the answering of the questions can take longer than usual. But it ensures that every request is processed.
\nChanges and corrections can also be made in the following weeks. Many issues, such as increasing the monthly discount rate, can also be changed via the online customer portal on the homepage (www.stadtwerke-landshut.de\/kundenportal).<\/p>\n
