Should any questions about components on the annual consumption billing be open, there is an interactive invoice explanation on www.stadtwerke-landshut.de. Here customers receive additional explanations of what the individual elements on the bill mean.<br \/>\nNaturally, the staff at the customer center in the Old Town 74 can also answer questions by calling 0800 0871 871 (free of charge from the German landline) or by e-mail at info@dev.stadtwerke-landshut.de. Since more than 67,000 bills are sent, the public utilities ask for understanding, if there are temporary bottlenecks and the answering of the questions can take longer than usual. But it ensures that every request is processed.<br \/>\nChanges and corrections can also be made in the following weeks.
