Because the Water Management Office warns of floods in built-up areas and the Isar in the area of Landshut is expected to reach level three in the night of Wednesday and an increase in groundwater level and further rains are expected, the public utilities have built the pump precautionary.<\/p>\n<p>At the bridge on the Konrad-Adenauer-Stra\u00dfe is the outlet of a drainage channel of the Breslauer road. From this, mechanically purified water is discharged into the river Isar during heavy rainfall events in order to relieve the reservoir channel.
